Support for people at risk of developing an emotional crisis

Wednesdays and Fridays 3:30-7:30pm at Christ Church URC

The Solace Café provides a safe and non-judgemental environment for people to meet others with similar problems, and to access mental health support and advice from peers and professionals. We are not a counselling service but are here to listen and are able to offer suggestions and signposting about how to access other support in the local area.
