Every Tuesday night, four unlikely volunteers answer the phones for ‘Brightline.’ Outside, society is falling apart and all their anonymous callers want is reassurance. Unfortunately, what they get is an exhausted and pregnant Frances, a fragile Angie, phlegmatic Jon or the trainee, Joey, on his first shift.
